With every new day comes new
opportunities for growth and improvement. People who
consistently focus on personal growth continuously
experience improvements in their lives. Ultimately the goal
of personal development is to grow to become better than you
used to be.
This website explores a variety of
topics with the purpose of helping you to optimize your
thoughts and actions so that you may be the best that you
can be. The best that you can be, of course, is only
relative to where you are at now. Your capabilities will
grow and expand as you grow and expand your mind.

If the ancestor to every action is a thought, then the
objective of personal growth should be to optimize your
thoughts so that you may optimize your actions. If you
can change your thoughts, you can change your actions.
When you’ve done both correctly, you’ve improved your
life.
Of course, you will need a steady supply of
motivation. Motivation is like discipline in that it is
something that can be built. If you find yourself not
having enough of it, you can produce more. The key is in
knowing that with action comes the creation of
motivation. It is commonly believed that motivation
produces action, but it also works the other way around
in that action produces motivation. When you take steps
towards improving your life, you produce motivation. That
motivation can then be tapped so that you may take even
greater steps that will ultimately produce ever more
potent motivation.
